Shipping Policy

Order Processing Time All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You will receive a notification when your order is ready for delivery or has been dispatched.

Delivery in Panama City (Metropolitan Area) We offer specialized local delivery to the following areas with specific flat rates:

  • Santa María: FREE

  • Costa del Este: $4.00

  • San Francisco, El Golf, Coco del Mar: $6.00

  • Paitilla, Punta Pacífica, Obarrio, Marbella, Avenida Balboa: $7.00

FREE SHIPPING: We offer Free Shipping on all orders over $150.00.

Interior of the Republic (Provinces) For orders outside the Metropolitan Area, we ship via Mail Boxes, UnoExpress, Fletes Chavale, etc.

  • Delivery Time: 2 to 4 business days.

  • Cost: Shipping costs for the interior are handled as "Freight Forward" (Pago en destino) or calculated at checkout.

  • Please specify if you prefer a specific branch for pick-up in the order notes.

International Shipping

At this time, we only ship within the Republic of Panama. We do not offer international shipping.

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email or WhatsApp notification from us. For shipments to the interior, we will provide you with the courier's receipt and tracking number (número de guía) so you can check its status.
