Return and Refund Policy

We want you to love your Ocho28 purchase! If you are not completely satisfied, we are here to help.

1. Returns

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it:

  • Unworn and unused.

  • With all original tags attached.

  • In its original packaging.

  • Receipt or proof of purchase is required.

2. Non-Returnable Items

Certain types of items cannot be returned for hygiene and business reasons:

  • Items marked as "Final Sale" or purchased with a discount code of 20% or more.

  • Gift cards.

  • Worn or damaged handbags and clothing.

3. How to Start a Return

Please include your Order Number and the reason for the return. If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

4. Return Shipping Costs

Please note that customers are responsible for paying the return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of original shipping will be deducted from your refund.

(Exception: If the return is due to a defective or incorrect item sent by Ocho28, we will cover the shipping costs).

5. Refunds and Store Credit

We highly recommend offering Store Credit for faster processing.

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you if the refund was approved.

  • Store Credit: You will receive a gift card code via email to use on your next purchase (Valid for 6 months).

  • Direct Refund: If approved for a direct refund, it will be processed manually via ACH or Yappy (depending on your original payment method) within 5-7 business days.

6. Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want (like a different size or color) is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
